## Enrollment process

Before enabling HOS alert SMS for a driver:

- An authorized Fuego Consulting Inc. / Sentinel HOS representative (dispatcher, safety manager, or onboarding staff) reads the script below **verbatim**.
- The representative records the driver’s affirmative **“yes,”** mobile number, date/time (UTC or local with timezone), and staff name.
- The consent record is retained for audit.
- Only drivers who clearly answer yes are enrolled.
- Drivers may opt out anytime by replying **STOP**.

These are informational safety alerts only, not marketing. Message frequency varies based on your driving activity and may include multiple messages on days when limits are approached. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time.
