This Privacy Policy describes how Fuego Consulting Inc. By using the Services or providing information to us, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services or provide personal information.

  • Authenticate users, secure systems, and prevent fraud or abuse

Mobile number sharing for marketing

Mobile information will not be sold, shared, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share mobile numbers and related messaging metadata with service providers who process messages on our behalf (for example, our SMS/voice provider) solely to deliver the Services and comply with messaging industry requirements. Those providers are not permitted to use mobile numbers for their own marketing.

5. How we share information

We may share information with:

  • Service providers / processors (cloud hosting, databases, SMS/voice providers such as Twilio, telematics integrations) who process data on our instructions
  • Fleet customers / employers who authorize use of the Services for their drivers (as controllers of employment/compliance data)
  • Professional advisors (legal, accounting) under confidentiality obligations
  • Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security
  • Business transfers (merger, acquisition, or asset sale), subject to applicable law

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration in the traditional sense. We do not share mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes (see Section 4).

6. Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, meet contractual obligations, support audits, and comply with legal requirements. HOS-related records may be retained for periods meeting or exceeding applicable FMCSA retention expectations for compliance tooling used by fleets (commonly at least six months for certain ELD-related records; actual retention may be longer for audit and contractual reasons). Consent and opt-out records are retained as needed to demonstrate compliance with messaging rules.

7. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

Our websites may use cookies or similar technologies for essential functionality, security, and limited analytics. You can control cookies through browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect site functionality.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of personal information, or to opt out of certain sharing. Drivers may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.

To exercise privacy rights or ask questions, contact legal@atfuego.com or open a ticket at our help desk. We may need to verify your request. Some rights may be limited where we act as a processor for a fleet customer—in that case we may direct you to your employer/fleet operator.

10. Children’s privacy

The Services are intended for commercial transportation professionals and business customers. They are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. International transfers

If information is processed in the United States or other countries, it may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Material changes may be communicated via the Services or email where appropriate. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy where permitted by law.
